Colouring for Soaps, Bath Bombs & Skincare Products
We have a good selection of colours here to colour bath bombs, soaps & bath & beauty products. All our colours are available individually, in various sizes or in handy packs with a selection of colours. Most colours can be mixed to achieve different colours on the spectrum. At the bottom of the page you will find a handy reference chart showing you which colours to mix to make other colours.
A note about our bath bomb colour powders - we were advised by a colour powder manufacturer that the safest and easiest way to supply these powders would be to pre-mix them with sodium. This makes them unsuitable for use in anything other than bath bombs, but does make them really easy to use, in terms of adding just the right amount for your colour preferences.

Instructions for Mixing Colours
The colour wheel (left) will help you to use your colours to achieve other colours on the spectrum. The basics are that if you have Red, Yellow and Blue you should be able to make most colours from those 3. We don't do a white but with white soap base or bath bomb mixture you can achieve your pastel shades and the more colour you add the deeper your colours will be.
RED + BLUE = PURPLE
BLUE + YELLOW = GREEN
YELLOW + RED = ORANGE
You can then go on to mix the secondary colours (those above) to make other colours:
RED & GREEN = BROWN
GREEN & YELLOW = LIME GREEN
RED & PURPLE = VIOLET
BLUE & GREEN = BLUEY GREEN
Experiment with more or less of each colour to achieve the colour you are aiming for.
